Shipping & Returns

Most orders are processed and shipped within 5-7 business days (Monday - Friday) after payment is settled. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays. Every effort is made to complete orders and ship them as soon as possible. Currently Moonlight Threads ships products only to destinations in the continental United States.

Shipping Charges

All orders are shipped via United States Postal Service (USPS) Priority Mail with delivery confirmation.

Rush Shipping

If you are in a rush, we also offer Next Day Service, 2nd Day Delivery, and 3rd Day Delivery. Please be aware that the delivery time DOES NOT include order processing time. If you need an order in a rush, please feel free to contact us to see if we are able to expedite the order for you and to provide you with exact costs for Rush Shipping.

Shipping Address

Please make sure your address information is accurate and complete. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, you will be charged an additional $15 to re-ship the item plus the cost of the shipping(even if only the apartment or suite number is missing). We can't be responsible for items lost in the mail because of an incorrect address. Refused or undeliverable shipments will be charged the full shipping fee plus a 10% handling fee.

RETURNS & REFUNDS

We take great pride in our reputation for quality and excellent value. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we make every reasonable effort to please you.

We personally customize and inspect each article we sell, and we guarantee each to be free of defect in material and workmanship. If, however, you find your item to be defective, we are happy to exchange it, subject to the following conditions:

Do not return items without receiving written authorization in advance from Moonlight Threads. All unauthorized returned items will be sent back. All applicable return requests must be made within thirty (30) days from the date of purchase.

Personalized items and special orders are non-refundable unless they are defective, or we made an error in spelling. These items will be fixed or replaced promptly. Please double check the spelling before you submit your order as items that have errors because of a mistake in ordering will not be accepted for a refund or exchange.

Return items must be in the condition in which they were received with the original packaging and any tags. Any worn or washed items cannot be returned.

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Customer is responsible for all freight and handling costs.

Any or all costs incurred by Moonlight Threads to process claims outside of these terms and conditions are deducted from any issued credit.
